This book was recommended to me by my yoga teacher. It’s not for the faint hearted or those who may scoff at the more homeopathic and holistic approach to surviving cancer. I read it in bursts, then return to the Cancer Revolution book which is more pragmatic. I suppose I haven’t seen this time of my life as a positive turning point, but perhaps that will come with time. Maintaining positivity is key during this time, so that is where this book comes in and helps. Looking within your own spirit is tough and you have to be honest with yourself when answering the questions posed in this book.
